為什麼 通常 在擺standard cell 時
: X% f4 o" _& u1 V6 C& g
不把standard cell擺在 strap下方~~~~
2 v% U( D; b. n% H9 L# l( w
理論上 擺在strap下方 是合理的 不是嗎???

strap 很像是指metal line吧
& T. R) E. {, R0 _
主要是考量metal to metal間的capacitor effect，對於noise叫要求的layout需注意。
