如何模擬MOS的電容

請教諸位，在cadence下如何模擬mos管的寄生電容隨Vgs變化而變化的情況？具體情況如附件所示。

  W) o: ?" ]+ W* z2 \" S( AUsing calculator-> op to mos, choose the cgs, then get express to your output.
4 f8 k- C9 y+ \  Y& UThen, use the parametric analysis to sweep Vg.
1 X2 a1 s4 y+ e/ Z, `+ B$ n; mYou will see that !!!!
