- Manage all test engineering activities at subcontractor test sites, drive test process3 C& L5 _! j+ k; X. J6 A
standardization and improve site capabilities and capacities ( y! \5 q( V) \3 ~- Manage New Product Introduction to subcontractor, debug test program and hardware for h' \) ^- U' \
mass production0 p# a5 w1 A7 J- h, X z4 l4 C1 a! b
- Support production in wafer sort and package test, test yield monitoring, customer return0 O8 _- |% ^- x
analysis and quality conformance . |- u" j4 G: ~3 P- Assist other team members to resolve technical issues and perform site to site correlation $ k! J8 Y& o0 a% C" vRequirements/Qualifications (Education) 6 e9 l+ o6 }: i4 r+ w- T- BS/MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science) `" R( s2 ^+ X8 v6 Q% \
- 6+ years of test engineering experiences in high volume production test environment and8 j* ~2 V7 B$ c& _- T O7 a/ k" J
socket, load-board, probe card knowledge 6 Y3 e( P7 v# s- Familiar with Verigy 93K and Teradyne UltraFLEX tester platform and programming skill1 S- H+ q+ M& ~; O
- Knowledge in software programming - Unix, C or Perl 2 H, C$ ~6 w4 s# `- N- q; M- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Project management skill is a plus" c. V# n8 y. b/ {
