在書上常見到 field oxide、 gate oxide,、thin oxide，thick oxide

但是真是讓這些名詞給搞亂了，不知道有何差別。所以想向網路上各位先進請教

基本上....field oxide = thick oxide 簡單的說就是OD之外的部分....
. s) k5 \ q2 J$ L* X' z
8 t% }( S: \7 l
gate oxide = thin oxide 長在poly 下層的 oxide....
