標題: 11/19 石墨烯國際研討會 [打印本頁] 作者: itricollege 時間: 2012-10-25 11:34 AM 標題: 11/19 石墨烯國際研討會 2004年第一個孤立石墨烯發現後激起相當大的科學活動，現已引起廣大國際研究團隊致力於石墨烯獨特材料之基礎性質，以及豐富可預見的應用領域，諸如：奈米電子(高頻元件)、電子機械、光學、光電子、感知器、及奈米電子機械系統等等。目前世界大廠研究機構如IBM、三星、台積電等公司皆投入大量資源於石墨烯的未來應用研究，工研院機械所亦積極投入成長大面積石墨烯及直接合成石墨片技術研發。本次研討會邀請國內外學者專家，將作石墨烯之基礎原理、製作技術、未來應用及市場的介紹，期使未來業者能迅速切入石墨烯相關應用，以帶動石墨烯相關產業蓬勃發展。
The discovery and first isolation of graphene in 2004 has sparked a considerable scientific activity that has now established a broad international community with interest in both fundamental properties of a unique material, together with a wealth of foreseen applications in fields as nanoelectronics (high-frequency devices,..), electromechanics, optics, photonics, sensing, NEMS and so on. The world's manufacturers and research institutions, such as IBM, Samsung, etc., put their full effort into research of graphene future applications. The graphene has potential market applications and unlimited business opportunities for the domestic manufacturers. MSL/ITRI has involved in research of directly growing large-area graphene and synthesizing sheet graphene technologies. International scholars and experts will be invited in this workshop to introduce the graphene basic principles, production technologies, future applications and markets.
