就會發現，以74.6開頭的IP位址的用戶，還滿多的，至少有3、400人....& l; c6 G' o. }3 i% R' K! e

問題是.....這些用戶似乎都沒有註冊的樣子，, m% v: n3 M# y3 U

If you use http://www.whois365.com/tw to check , its show from CA 加州$ |7 k5 A/ J: V* ?! z1 r& h8 Y' A
But ip address can be hide and transform to any domain he wants. ; [# R% W0 j/ w5 V" r, g! B. p5 ^/ {" s2 M+ z h. x
So, the best way is use website's IP record to inverse check it ( x( P/ A& Q2 h3 q!
