Cast your ballot for the company you most respect in terms of product, vision, strategy and future opportunities. The industry's Most Respected Emerging Public Fabless Company award is designed to identify the company garnering the most respect of the industry in terms of its products, vision and future opportunities. The criteria for this award includes achieving annual sales between $100 million and $499 million. In addition, net income and market capitalization are considered to determine the list of nominees. FSA's Awards Committee reviews applications and the selected companies will be based on the committee's analysis of each company's performance. Companies that doubled either revenue or net-income (no negative quarters, and only financials according to GAAP (no pro forma) over eight consecutive quarters ending June 2006, may be eligible to receive awards for their outstanding financial performance. Due to confidentiality, private companies send their ballots to a third party consultant who determines which companies doubled net income and/or revenue.
