Main Responsibility: 7 W3 M& h7 O- A ]1)Participating in power supply design projects as Chief Design Engineer , U G+ J A" S- x5 N
2)Improving electronics design competencies in Product Development organization at Efore Suzhou ; b8 g) Y! U% B8 O5 L( f+ b6 K5 y3)Contributing to co-operation between different Product Development Centers at Efore ' I/ A$ @8 C/ ^
4)Developing competences and facilities of the local Product Development center ) t) U3 D' h4 Y) }+ ]5)Developing local electronics design practices and guidelines 9 R2 x* a% x; a
6)Improving product quality characteristics e.g. by participating in design reviews according to the global Solution Creation Process " E. {% H8 d- g' |- l7)Supporting marketing & sales, material sourcing and manufacturing operations 7 Z& o! T/ `% ~) D8)Evaluation of co-operation partners in design, testing and measuring services " \' }# d: g% ~8 O/ N' b

1)Sound technical background in electronics with several years’ practical experience in switch-mode power supply design (AC/DC, DC/DC and/or DC/AC conveters / inverters). & K3 X) p! w& P) s; f
2)Basic understanding of mechanics engineering. Moderate command in English language. / ~ E( q$ p- ]5 E2 e Y/ G6 T
3)Experience in working in international business environment is a special asset. ( m+ b, q; w! s5 V4)Possibility to travel to Efore headquarters in Finland for internal training is also assumed.
