3 R# j$ P' f: h2 N電子系統層級設計(ESL)為目前業界最熱門之研究方向，教育部從94年起大力推動ESL相關的教育改進計畫，補助國內主要大學建置相關實驗室，集合相關專長領域的教師規劃開發適當之 ESL設計課程，訓練所需之晶片系統設計人才，並陸續發展出具各校特色的研究成果，藉由此一難得之機會，本研討會將邀請各校負責教授與業界、學界共同分享他們的教學研究成果與經驗。 6 U/ R: D% h! g除了ESL研究經驗分享外，本次研討會亦針對OCP-IP國際標準之議題進行探討， OCP-IP 因為提出具體可行並經過實用驗證之 IP 重複使用機制，已成為重要的國際標準之一，此標準可進一步改良 SoC 的設計方法，許多重要系統廠商都因此開始採用 OCP 標 準。為了讓台灣 IC 設計人員在最短的時間內了解 OCP 標準，以應未來可能之客戶需 求，特地自 OCP-IP 總部邀請到具完整 OCP 設計及實用經驗之 Mr. Kazuyoshi Suzuki (Field Engineering Manager, Sonics Japan) 來主講此次研習會。機會難得，名額有限，請業界先進及學界人士踴躍報名參加！ ! This expert presentation of the Open Core Protocol (OCP) provides a unique opportunity in Taiwan for an in-depth insight into the details of this prolific Standard. It is designed to provide the groundwork for rapid familiarization with the OCP interface and its vast array of supporting infrastructure. The presentation begins with a broad overview and proceeds though the specific details needed for design implementation. OCP has been created and maintained by today’s industry-leading SoC design experts and is used globally, as the IP-core interface of choice in many of the world’s largest applications (including Mobile phone, Wireless LAN, DTV, Games and Printers, etc) by such technology leaders as Texas Instruments, Toshiba, Nokia and Broadcom.
