2007亞太熱管理技術論壇8月24日舉辦

全球熱管理市場隨著PC、光電、汽車、通信及能源等主流產業持續成長帶動下，未來仍然維持二位數的成長，而全球熱管理的設計與製造中心已由歐美轉移至亞洲，其中以台灣、日本及韓國在IT產業的帶動下其發展最引起注目。有鑒於亞洲國家在熱管理領域成就非凡且技術不斷精進，愈來愈受全球的矚目，台灣熱管理協會(TTMA)及工研院材化所再度攜手合作首度共同舉辦「2007亞太熱管理技術論壇」，分別邀請日本、韓國、台灣及美國等地相當活躍的熱管理專家來台進行技術交流及知識分享，並為未來的「亞太熱管理技術研討會」暖身。此次論壇邀請來自韓國三星公司、韓國科學及技術研究院、日本Toyama Prefectural University及富士通株式會社、美國Intel公司及台灣英業達公司、億光電子等單位的熱管理專家，就LED封裝及顯示器產品散熱技術、高階伺服器冷卻技術、廢熱自我冷卻技術、系統端的熱對策發展、NB風扇最佳化設計及各種電子冷卻技術作一廣泛的技術交流。在此誠摯邀請國內的熱管理業者及學研單位踴躍出席此次相當難得的國際交流機會，掌握亞太地區的最新技術發展脈動。
