cell_list_file Specifies a list of cells to block RC extraction. These cells should have RC accounted for in the device model instead. The cell names can be triplets “cell view libname” or just the cell name. Cell names can also be specified with wildcards such as leading or trailing ‘*’. The cell names specified in the cell_list_file cannot have leading ‘$’, but can have ‘$’embedded in the cell name.
