各位大大好，如果要對一個甚麼都不懂的人解釋這兩種東西，應該要用怎樣的方式解釋？可否用一個簡單的例子作說明？謝謝。

Qualifications
1 r+ v2 A# b0 g4 Q1.    MS Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science and 6+ years of knowledge and experience in embedded system product development or semiconductor applications engineering.   
! A0 k& @$ q( O. G" \' K2.    Deep familiarity with compiler tool chains and C language is required  
3.    Must have experience with programming in embedded assembly and C programming languages.   
1 ~  Q# p* U& o7 F4.    Must have good understanding of software development processes. Prior experience with motor control design is a plus.
