台積電人格特質測驗? 各職缺需要怎樣人格特質的人才?

雖然我已經完成測驗, 也沒法做"改善"的動作了
8 ~2 ~0 n5 V, F9 A+ ]% I, M
我知道最正確的答案是"照實寫"
但我在面試時被打槍人格特質不夠積極, 沒有野心
雖然我承認相對拚死拚活的工作狂我比較沒有以升職為目標(畢竟有屁股才能做那個位子)
; S+ X' G/ ~1 I0 b# f但不認為自己有"不積極"到很嚴重的地步
3 O) i. ~1 M0 x+ p; |/ w因為我也希望自己是個受人信任被指派重要任務的工程師(操勞到12點我不介意)

雖然我也想板回一城, 當場回應表現一下
不過面試長官說這是人資非常專業的研究的測驗系統, 準確性高騙不了人的  (我:囧)
