QELL 無法產生

QCELL 都設定好  在目錄下有產生MOS的LAYOUT
但是在Create -> Device 無法使用
請問還有那裡要設定

你有看到Create->Device有變黑體字可以執行嗎？是沒有看到黑體字可執行，還是按下去沒有反應呢？

通常是前者吧？若是前者，請確認你有將軟體切換到VLE-turbo或VXL，VLE是不能執行Create->Device功能的。而且換的方法，就是在layout視窗，點選Tools->Layout Turbo或者Tools->Layout XL去切換。

若是後者，請看看CIW有出現何種error message.

# l7 p' ~$ C& R請問我的QCELL的參數設定好 有存到tochnology file 裡面

tochnology file <<有分版本嗎  還是有其他的問題

你確定Qcell有install成功？請利用CIW->Tools->Technology File Manager->Qcell->cdsMos去看看有沒有你裝好的Qcell。

另外，請切到Layout Turbo就好，不要切VXL。看來你是tf library少了東西，導致切不過去VXL，切Turbo試看看。

設定好QCELL卻無法使用？
2 D0 V. ]4 E5 _& I" Z! A  b是這樣的，QCELL必須是在Turbo 或是 VXL版本才能使用
使用前必須要先在tf檔案作相關的設定。這部分你可以使用Tools→technology file manager→開啟了技術檔案管理員→edit rule→設定相關的資料
5 I( G' q7 f  z! Y8 ?- `  n( H然後save tech library後→dump(存到硬碟成為ASCII FILE：*.tf)

然後可以LOAD tf檔後save tech library指向已經存在的Library 進行更新
或是以新的tf檔案重新建立新的LIBRARY 就可以使用QCELL

QCELL可以建立MOS ,VIA CELL, guard ring

在create→device→輸入width length finger等相關資料並且選擇共用模式，即可以建立MOS。兩個不同尺寸的MOS也可以設定對其方式。設定過程中若有啟用strectch 就可以對設定好的MOS 個別展延其大小。也可以使用instance 插入MOS元件，但是功能會不同
先選擇哪些元件要被guard ring，然後再選create→guardring→選擇 P type或是N type guard ring 回到佈局編輯視窗按下enter 即可以建立guard ring
