The resistor value of "CDL out" netlist is not the real value d5 d9 A; h3 K0 B4 }/ L! A3 X
when I use TSMC 0.13rf PDK
6 ?4 o+ y% }% ?: D; p7 T& ^* Q) ] W. r9 R$ G2 _# h6 r
I use tsmc13rf PDK./ Q( d5 |9 @% C3 t. z# U3 x* [
When I CDL out from CIW window, the output value for the resistor as below: t4 W/ s0 i3 z8 E; w/ v3 q0 o
RR1 res_in res_out 15.34 $[PS] M=1( t9 O8 `8 p/ [- A: c
But the real value is 14.8213 shows on the schematic.7 ?8 `3 g2 U' h# Q0 T7 T
Why on the auCdl CDF parameter they choose the simple value to be output on the netlist?
4 i4 m3 O6 w+ h& pWe want to see the real value, this will comfuse people when they doing verification.
/ h& l6 e# a7 i& {! vI can't turn on the "Accuracy" switches when I run Assura lvs.
0 Q( b6 [" w2 {1 p `I still pass LVS, but I am just curious why they do that on the CDF parameter./ X$ L k% m/ s3 \2 i6 h
Anyone in the TSMC or others can explain why? |
