职位描述：Candidate will be responsible for hiring and managing a DFT design team in developing networking products across the whole XX’s engineering organization.

The job involves recruiting DFT engineers into the team, training and supervision and executing on DFT strategy from the component level, ASIC level, and all the way to system level. Architect the overall system DFT strategy and also be responsible for component and system level DFT sign off. Drive new DFT methodology and solutions to improve quality of the hardware reliability and in system test and debug capability.

Candidate must have good leadership skills with hands on technical knowledge of DFT methodology and be a role model to the team. Good command of English including verbal and written communication skills, ability to explain technical details clearly, negotiation skills and ability to interact with peer managers and vendors. Candidate must plan and implement project deliverables and schedules and manage resources and budgets.

1.       根据公司战略规划，在技术副总裁的指导下，参与公司技术发展方向的制定；
2.       确定并有效执行本部门的工作目标,研发先进的半导体制程中的模块工艺，为公司建立和引进新的产品系列提供模块工艺技术；
/ P6 M" u' P/ z0 [+ D/ p3.       跟踪工作目标的进展及效果，确保预定计划实施并满足总体要求，带领团队为公司提供可以量产化的新工艺和新技术，负责推动研发成果的转移工作；
4.       带领团队做好支持TD工艺集成部及其他部门建立TD工艺流程，并及时高效地提供TD晶圆线上的工艺支持。
