請問如何使用calibre來改變gds裡面的layer的spacing加大或減小.
例如 diff 旁邊加入 P implant ,p implant 距離 diff 是0.2u我想要自動增加到0.25U,在不用手動去改情況下.
用calibre有辦法讓他自動轉出一個新的gds.來自動加寬spacing?
或是有其它更好的方法,
麻煩高手解答!!

Beside the spacing of two layer, the size of 2 layer can be changed or not? If you only change the spacing but want to keep the size of 2 layer, it will be quite difficult.

只有p implant 擴大0.05U.但diff保持不變.

The code is following:
pplus_new=size pplus by 0.05
pplus_new {copy pplus_new} drc check map pplus_new X x

P.S
X= gds number
x= gds number data type

1.請問這個code是加在drc command file 裡面嗎?
2.是用mapping file 產生的嗎?
3.要如何產生新的gds已經extension 0.05u p implant?
