Title Responsibilities：

1. Coordination among Device, Integration, and Module in R&D.
2. Responsible for projects of advanced device techonolgy development, device target setting, scheme definition, simulation, and characterization  
3. Planning and setting priority for execution on customer request and delivery schedule.

; E: y1 o1 Y! W, M2 h$ T5 eRequirements：

1. Minimum Ph.D degree
; q( h: O! E  W5 \2. Minimum 10 years of experiences in semiconductor industry with focus on advanced CMOS technologies.
( J1 ~% d5 {5 u: [7 G3. Experience on device design and  circuit-co-design interaction highly desirable.
3. Fluent in English.
' S& d; A4 T7 W0 u4. Work location in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
