Job describe:

$ L$ {3 Z9 o1 C, ]Focus on device and design platform support for leading edge technologies with responsibilities that include:
9 f+ \2 a2 _1 a/ a
5 I% Q+ r  l) _1 I·  Support of advanced technology/device collaboration projects which include support of design, layout and evaluation of new technologies and devices, modification of existing advanced devices to meet product requirements, write technical reports, and attend technical conferences in the areas of device technology and advanced IC design.

9 }6 `0 W( m, z: U: K1 e·  Support of device IP development collaboration projects during the technology development phase to optimize Agere centric IP which includes HD memory and analog macros.
0 S4 F( g# h" E& J; S, X
% S8 G+ @) \# P4 C·  Support of technology device development for yield.
·  DFM, area optimization, and parasitic analysis for new technology nodes.
·  Support product and IP designers for technology/design interaction issues.

Required:
Minimum of 7-10 years of IC technology device experience in a product/IP development environment.

·       Knowledge for advanced device development for both core and IP applications, including memory and analog products.

3 }& w0 k: f, P·       Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
·       Experience in supporting ASIC customer, IP development, foundry design service is a strong plus.
