LVS command的問題...

不好意思..我想請問一下LVS Filter Unused Option..
這個在LVS command裡面..主要功用是在做什麼的阿..
0 h$ d6 @+ h, _  x3 {+ r& T5 K4 Q/ \option有分很多種..AB AC AD AE......等等..當然還有很多..
這些option目的是再把一些不必要考慮的MOS相關問題拿掉嗎..?
還是怎麼樣阿..?不知道有沒有人研究過這些..來著經驗分享阿..謝謝.. ..

常用的選項大概如下 :
" b. @! X1 X! `% A) @, fAB -- Filters MOS devices with source, drain, and gate pins tied together.
RB -- Filters resistors with POS or NEG pin floating.
RC -- Filters resistors with POS and NEG pins tied together
1 r$ ]* q, F/ D3 Z5 p/ pRE -- Filters capacitors with POS and NEG pins tied together.
RG -- Filters diodes with POS and NEG pins tied together.
