J' u" F5 i) m1 fThe organizing committee of APCOSE 2010 is pleased to announce that the Fourth Asia-Pacific Conference on Systems Engineering (APCOSE 2010) will be held at National Taiwan Ocean University, Keelung, Taiwan. APCOSE has become a series of well-established international conferences in Asia-Pacific area. The first conference was a split-site conference held in both Singapore and Australia in 2007. The subsequent conferences took places in Japan (2008) and Singapore (2009).The APCOSE 2010 will provide a forum for researchers, engineers, and managers to exchange the latest development and applications of systems engineering in order to enhance local/regional, human/environmental, and academic/industrial collaborations for better and intelligent lives.: {9 w0 O  T- O2 Z" X+ ^. f, L8 k

標題: 第四屆亞太地區系統工程國際研討會4日海大登場
(20101004 10:12:30)　「第四屆亞太地區系統工程國際研討會(APCOSE 2010)」將於10月4日至6日在國立臺灣海洋大學海洋廳舉行，邀請國內外學者專家與產業領袖近200人與會，是亞太地區系統工程領域重大的盛會。

　本次的研討會將有90篇演講及壁報論文發表，另將舉辦一場研習會（tutorial）與一場論壇，與會的學者專家來自中華民國、美國、英國、日本、韓國、新加坡、澳洲、印度、中國、伊朗、俄羅斯以及其他亞洲國家。另外，在4日也將召開國際系統工程協會理事會議。# f, M9 m+ R9 N- M/ |- y

' S% f& \1 ~8 {" o; |/ s　海洋大學工學院院長表示，國際系統工程協會(International Council on Systems Engineering，簡稱為INCOSE)為一全球性的系統工程組織，全球共分為六個分區，臺灣分會屬第六分區(亞太地區)的會員組織。這次擊退韓國分會、澳洲分會獲得舉辦亞太地區系統工程研討會，同時邀請國際系統工程協會理事會議在臺召開，是為爭取全球性系統工程研討會在臺舉辦的工作鋪路。同時希望藉研討會之舉辦，讓臺灣更多的學者專家、新一代青年學生與產業領袖有管道認識系統工程的國際發展與應用現況，以提升國內系統工程研究與產業應用之能力。8 ]9 x7 S. 陳院長說，隨著產業與經濟的發展，臺灣產業結構重心已由製造業逐漸轉變為以科技驅動之創新服務業、以及高附加價值製造業並重的核心價值，並有走向具跨領域系統整合之產業型態的趨勢。因此，系統工程與管理的應用將是產業成功脫胎換骨的關鍵核心技術之一，而跨領域系統整合及服務創新人才的培育，更是提昇產業國際競爭力與影響力的不二法門。目前亞太地區的主要先進工業國家對系統工程的重視，已明顯日益增加。  k2 K$ E7 r* S7 V; z

0 m: k, p# H. l  S: M+ G. q　亞太地區系統工程國際研討會系列創始於2007年，第一屆研討會在新加坡及澳洲兩地同時召開，共有70篇論文發表，另有7場研習會，參加的學者專家約200人；2008年第二屆研討會在日本召開，共計有40篇論文發表，約150人與會；2009年第三屆研討會於新加坡召開，且與國際系統工程研討會共同舉行，發表論文共計130篇，另有研習會、論壇約計30場，參加的學者專家高達500人。" S/ s2 `. l3 j1 Z0 C+ K

+ z( q' n% S* Z, ?- x　本屆亞太地區系統工程國際研討會，由臺灣分會理事長彭元熙教授邀請臺灣海洋大學（工學院、系統工程暨造船學系）、國防大學（理工學院、動力及系統工程學系）、以及僑光科技大學（工業工程管理系）聯合辦理研討會相關業務，並在海洋大學舉行，同時召開INCOSE理事會議。不僅有亞太地區的學者專家齊聚一堂，更有歐美地區的傑出學者專家共襄盛舉。
