關於astro FRAM view的問題

想要請問一下，使用astro去做layout的時候，reference library中有FRAM view、CEL view，
但都有資料夾，資料夾內皆空的，裡面並沒有cell資訊，這樣的reference library可以去做layout嗎??

1 C' h5 M! E9 q) s  ~另外就是，reference library僅提供.tf、.db、.lib、.lef，上網查到資料，好像可以用lef->FRAM

2.use command of "read_lef" to transfere lef to fram view.
2 \" i, A$ m+ p! e7 c% j+ w+ j* I3.load .db(sythesis library) to generate LM view for timing and power evaluation.
