hspice出現記憶體不足

最近在跑post-sim抽r+c+cc

不過有試過很多台電腦，包括四核心4G記憶體的電腦還是一樣的error

" W2 v2 _; G0 C- n或是縮短tran的時間，原本跑1024週期降到32週期依舊不能跑

将你的.sp文件单独写，只包括激励，其中不要包含netlist试试看，我曾经遇到过一次，这样解决了。
