Ablaze Wireless is the only turnkey baseband IC provider for femtocell access point (FAP). Founded in early 2008, Ablaze Wireless has been working with broadband system integration house on Iuh based femtocell protocol software for more than a year. Since Q3’09, Ablaze kicked off its femtocell baseband IC design efforts targeting the WCDMA/HSPA market which is projected to be greater than 40 million units in size in 2014. Ablaze Wireless is head-quartered in Taiwan and has an R&D team in San Jose, CA, USA. The company is dedicated to the development of the laser-based video and imaging technologies. In addition, the company developed novel green laser modules for laser aimer, optical positioning, optical sensor and machine vision applications. The green laser modules consume much less power, have wider operation temperature, and are more compact compared with competitors’ products. The green laser products generate revenues to nourish the development of the advanced HUD system.
