- {5 {$ G2 i3 v- Manage all test engineering activities at subcontractor test sites, drive test process
standardization and improve site capabilities and capacities

- Manage New Product Introduction to subcontractor, debug test program and hardware for
. X- E' _! Q; W2 n* N! j8 Bmass production

' F) G) W$ ~, Q7 |) U- Support production in wafer sort and package test, test yield monitoring, customer return
; w& U/ r1 g4 N6 yanalysis and quality conformance

- Assist other team members to resolve technical issues and perform site to site correlation

- l" Y9 V6 _# t2 n0 V# }Requirements/Qualifications (Education)
- BS/MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science

2 Q) Q$ l8 b7 C# F# X4 o# C5 u- 6+ years of test engineering experiences in high volume production test environment and
socket, load-board, probe card knowledge

$ g: k. ^( ]  d9 Z0 |3 T! }* t- Familiar with Verigy 93K and Teradyne UltraFLEX tester platform and programming skill

- Knowledge in software programming - Unix, C or Perl

- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Project management skill is a plus

( n8 t* d& k" Q- Aggressive attitude and excellent communications skills in both Chinese and English
