9 B4 K2 j  q, @5 REach year FSA recognizes the industry's "Most Respected Public Fabless Company" and the industry's "Most Respected Private Fabless Company," according to voting results provided by industry peers, suppliers, customers and pundits. Cast your ballot for the company you most respect in terms of product, vision, strategy and future opportunities. This year, FSA has added a new category to honor the "Most Respected Emerging Public Fabless Company."

You may cast only one ballot.
Do not vote for your own company. If you vote for your own company, the vote will be omitted.

On-line voting takes place to allow members of the semiconductor industry, including semiconductor companies and partners to cast a ballot for the private fabless companies they most respect.

The industry's Most Respected Emerging Public Fabless Company award is designed to identify the company garnering the most respect of the industry in terms of its products, vision and future opportunities. The criteria for this award includes achieving annual sales between $100 million and $499 million. In addition, net income and market capitalization are considered to determine the list of nominees. FSA's Awards Committee reviews applications and the selected companies will be based on the committee's analysis of each company's performance. On-line voting takes place to allow members of the semiconductor industry, including semiconductor companies and partners to cast a ballot for the public fabless companies they most respect.

Best Financially Managed Fabless Company Award
The Best Financially Managed Fabless Company Award ($500+ million in sales) is designed to evaluate the financial health of the public fabless semiconductor companies based on a number of financial indices such as return on investment, return on equity, inventory turns, revenue, net income, days sales outstanding, cash per share, cash burn, gross profit margin, operating margin and current ratio. FSA and Financial analysts evaluate each company against their peers, and the one with the best performance within each category is determined the winner.

Favorite Fabless Picks
Semiconductor financial analysts from top-tier firms select their favorite fabless company for this award. The analysts base their decision on historical, as well as projected data, such as stock price, earnings per share, revenue forecasts and product performance. This year, Mark Edelstone of Morgan Stanley will provide his picks.

Due to confidentiality, private companies send their ballots to a third party consultant who determines which companies doubled net income and/or revenue. FSA does not have access to these results.
