The purpose of the job is to act as the principal electronics design engineer at R&D Department.

1)Participating in power supply design projects as Chief Design Engineer
2)Improving electronics design competencies in Product Development organization at Efore Suzhou
; _. h5 e# O% y& |) Q3)Contributing to co-operation between different Product Development Centers at Efore
5 Q. y+ q$ |4 R4 r4)Developing competences and facilities of the local Product Development center
$ U; b7 C, _# u/ E* @$ {, L5)Developing local electronics design practices and guidelines
6)Improving product quality characteristics e.g. by participating in design reviews according to the global Solution Creation Process
7 s' `/ R+ d$ Q$ L- @7)Supporting marketing & sales, material sourcing and manufacturing operations
+ d% H( r. B! l; W7 R8)Evaluation of co-operation partners in design, testing and measuring services

1)Sound technical background in electronics with several years’ practical experience in switch-mode power supply design (AC/DC, DC/DC and/or DC/AC conveters / inverters).
- U/ M- H: v! W" V; F: n) t; c2)Basic understanding of mechanics engineering. Moderate command in English language.
- U; K' r$ v' B4 g' G1 V' E% z: g3)Experience in working in international business environment is a special asset.
6 g4 [* c( u/ K; E4)Possibility to travel to Efore headquarters in Finland for internal training is also assumed.
